Fluoride-Free Homemade Remineralizing Toothpaste
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons coconut oil, room temperature
- 3 Tablespoons Calcium Carbonate
- 2 Tablespoon baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon Hydrogen Peroxide
- 1 Tablespoon xylitol** optional
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 10 drops food-grade peppermint essential oil or oil of choice
- 4 drops food-grade clove essential oil* optional
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl using either a handheld mixer, spatula or the back of a large spoon. Store in an airtight container with a fitted lid on your bathroom sink.
Recipe Notes
*Clove essential oil is beneficial to gums
**Xylitol is optional, but will add sweetness and also is thought to be beneficial to tooth health.
