3/4cupcoconut or almond milkunsweetened, from carton
1/2cupfull fat coconut cream*solid form
pinchsea salt
Extras: liquid steviaagave nectar, vanilla or peppermint extract
Instructions
place the coconut milk and solid coconut cream in a small saucepan with sea salt and any extras you are using.
whisk over low heat until fully combined and in liquid form.
Pour into a glass container and chill until ready to use.
Recipe Notes
*I do not believe that Trader Joe's coconut cream will work for this recipe. Their new formula is too watery. If coconut cream is in liquid form, place in the fridge for about 1 hour first.
