The Best Creamy Homemade Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 fresh garlic cloves minced
  • 1 15.5-ounce can organic garbanzo beans rinsed in a colander thoroughly
  • 3 Tablespoons tahini butter
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 small lemon about 2 Tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoons ground smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place the garlic in a food processor and processor for a couple seconds to break it up into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and process again, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally.  Process until smooth and creamy. 

  2. Enjoy with carrots, cucumber, radish, jicama, peppers, tortilla chips of pita.
