Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut or almond milk unsweetened, from carton
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut cream* solid form
  • pinch sea salt
  • Extras: liquid stevia agave nectar, vanilla or peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. place the coconut milk and solid coconut cream in a small saucepan with sea salt and any extras you are using.
  2. whisk over low heat until fully combined and in liquid form.
  3. Pour into a glass container and chill until ready to use.

Recipe Notes

*I do not believe that Trader Joe's coconut cream will work for this recipe. Their new formula is too watery.
If coconut cream is in liquid form, place in the fridge for about 1 hour first.
