Hemp Seed "Ranch" Dressing

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup raw hemp seeds
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons  fresh dill cilantro and green onion, minced


  1. Place all ingredients (except for the fresh herbs) in a blender and blend.  Start at a low speed and gradually increase, scraping down the sides as necessary.  Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the fresh herbs and quickly blend again.  Over-blending once the herbs have been added, will leave you with a green dip.  Store in a glass jar with a fitted lid.
