Healthy, Vegan "Caesar" Salad Dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 3 Tablespoons creamy unsalted tahini butter
  • 1 Tablespoon brown rice vinegar OR apple cider vinegar
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 large or 2 small lemons about 2 Tablespoons
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Place everything into a blender and starting on low speed start blending slowly working up to high.  Blend until creamy.  You may have to stop a couple time to wipe down the sides.   

  2. Store in the fridge in an airtight container such as a mason jar.
