Vegan Fresh Strawberries and Cream Ice Cream

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk chilled
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk homemade for a candida diet*
  • 10 drops liquid stevia optional
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries washed, stem removed and rough chop
  • 2 - 3 Tablespoons grass-fed collagen optional (NOT VEGAN)


  1. Place the chilled coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, liquid stevia , sea salt and collagen (if using) into a blender and blend to combine. Next add the fresh strawberries and blend again, being careful not to over-blend the berries.

  2. Pour into chilled ice cream maker and churn according to machine instructions.

  3. Enjoy as is or pour into a glass container with a fitted lid and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
