1cupfresh spinach
2cupscoconut water
1scoop nanogreens
1dropper full chlorophyll
1teaspoonflaxseed oil
1teaspoonfish oil or cod-liver oiloptional (but highly recommended, especially if pregnant!)
1scoopplant-based protein powderoptional
Instructions
Place everything in a high-powered blender and starting on low speed start to blend, slowly working up to high. Blend for 1 - 2 minutes, or until nice and creamy. Enjoy!
