Store them in airtight containers in your fridge, and you’re good to go all week long. You control the quality of ingredients, which puts you back in the driver’s seat.

Basic Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Basic Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive olive oil
  • Juice of 1 small or 2 large lemons about 2 Tablespoons
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. place all of your ingredients in a mason jar, cover with a fitted lid and shake well.

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar OR brown rice vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons  filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon yellow or dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoons  garlic salt onion powder, dried oregano and dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon  dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon  sea salt
  • Pinch dried thyme and dried celery salt and black pepper
  • 2 - 3 drops drops liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Place all of your ingredients into a class jar with a fitted lid and shake, shake shake 🙂

Hemp Seed "Ranch" Dressing

Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup raw hemp seeds
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons  fresh dill cilantro and green onion, minced

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except for the fresh herbs) in a blender and blend.  Start at a low speed and gradually increase, scraping down the sides as necessary.  Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the fresh herbs and quickly blend again.  Over-blending once the herbs have been added, will leave you with a green dip.  Store in a glass jar with a fitted lid.

Healthy, Vegan "Caesar" Salad Dressing

Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 3 Tablespoons creamy unsalted tahini butter
  • 1 Tablespoon brown rice vinegar OR apple cider vinegar
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 large or 2 small lemons about 2 Tablespoons
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place everything into a blender and starting on low speed start blending slowly working up to high.  Blend until creamy.  You may have to stop a couple time to wipe down the sides.   

  2. Store in the fridge in an airtight container such as a mason jar.
